Terms & Conditions

These terms cover purchases from Mosaja Medical Supplies, whether made through this website, over the phone, on WhatsApp or in our shop.

Prices. All prices are in Kenya Shillings. Prices on the website are kept current, but stock and pricing move in this trade, so the price confirmed at order time is the binding one. Bulk and institutional pricing is quoted separately.

Orders. An order is confirmed once we have contacted you to verify items, quantities and delivery details. We reserve the right to decline orders we cannot fulfil, and we will tell you promptly if that happens.

Payment. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash on delivery within agreed limits. Institutional customers may apply for credit terms; approval is at our discretion.

Delivery. We run several delivery options, so no delivery charge is applied at checkout. The delivery option and its cost are agreed with you when we call to confirm the order, before dispatch. Timelines given are estimates made in good faith. Within Nairobi we typically deliver same day or next day. Upcountry deliveries go by courier for next day arrival, including orders placed in the evening. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Warranties. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty where one exists. Keep your receipt; it is your warranty document. Warranty claims are handled at our shop and we will always tell you honestly whether an issue is covered.

Clinical products. Some items we sell are intended for use by trained healthcare providers. By purchasing such items you confirm they will be used by qualified personnel.

Disputes. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. Raise any issue with us first and give us a chance to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
