Delivery Information

We deliver everywhere in Kenya. Here is exactly how it works.

How the delivery option is decided. We run several delivery options: collection from our shop, our own rider around Nairobi, courier to any county, and bus parcel services on routes where that is faster or cheaper. Which one suits your order depends on where you are, how big the items are and how fast you need them. So we do not charge a fixed delivery fee at checkout. When we call to confirm your order we agree the delivery option with you and tell you exactly what it costs before anything is dispatched.

Nairobi CBD. Collect from our shop on Accra Road, Stage House, 1st floor, Shop A17, any time Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Rider delivery within the CBD and nearby estates is usually same day for orders confirmed before 3pm.

Rest of Kenya. We ship daily to every county. Order by evening and most parcels arrive the next day. Cost depends on the option we agree, the size of the items and the destination, which is why oversized things like beds and screens are always quoted per order.

Large equipment. Hospital beds, ward screens and similar items travel crated. Within Nairobi we deliver and can help carry in. Upcountry we hand to the courier of your choice, or recommend one we trust on that route.

Tracking. When your order is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking or waybill number by SMS or WhatsApp. You will find the same information in your order confirmation.

Institutional deliveries. For hospitals, NGOs and county orders we schedule delivery with your stores department and provide the delivery documentation your procurement process needs.
