Returns & Refunds

We want you to buy with confidence, and that means a returns policy in plain language.

Equipment. If equipment arrives damaged or dead on arrival, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. For faults that appear later, the manufacturer's warranty applies and we handle the claim for you at our shop.

Wrong item. If we sent the wrong thing, we collect it and deliver the right one at our cost. That is our mistake to fix, not yours.

Change of mind. Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a refund less any delivery cost we incurred. Please call before returning so we know to expect it.

What we cannot take back. Sterile and single use items, opened consumables, and personal hygiene products like diapers and underpads cannot be returned once they leave our hands. This protects every customer who buys after you, and health regulations require it.

Refunds. Refunds go back the way payment came in, M-Pesa to M-Pesa, bank to bank, and we process them within 3 working days of receiving the item back.
