Mosaja Medical Supplies respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect. When you place an order we take your name, phone number, delivery location and, if you provide it, your email address. That is all we need to process and deliver an order.

What we use it for. Processing your order, arranging delivery, and contacting you about the order if something needs clarifying. If you opt in to our newsletter we will send occasional stock and offer updates, and every email has a working unsubscribe link.

What we do not do. We do not sell customer information. We do not share it with anyone except the courier delivering your order, who receives only the name, phone number and address needed to deliver.

Payments. M-Pesa transactions are handled by Safaricom on their systems. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. For pay on delivery, no payment information is collected online at all.

Retention. Order records are kept for our accounting and warranty purposes. If you want your contact details removed from our records, call or email us and we will do it.
